Building Homes for Generations.
“For 36 years, building has been more than a job to me. It has been a way of helping local families create homes where their lives can unfold.
Many local families will remember us as Craftsman Homes Grafton. Today, that story continues as Cole Building Group—carrying the experience and values built over those years into a new chapter.
One of my greatest sources of pride has been watching my sons, Daniel and Alex, make the trade their own.
Daniel leads Valley Home Builders, specialising in new homes, while Alex leads Bush 2 Beach Construction, focusing primarily on renovations as well as selected new builds. Together, we bring two generations of building experience and two complementary businesses together under the Cole family name.”

The Cole Family
Greg Cole
"After more than three decades in the building industry, Greg still believes the best part of the job isn't the houses, it's the people. His vision has always been simple: build quality homes, treat people honestly, and leave every family with something they'll be proud of for generations."
Daniel Cole
"Dan brings a passion for creating beautiful new homes that are thoughtfully designed and expertly built. His attention to detail and commitment to quality has become the foundation of Valley Home Builders."
Alex Cole
"Alex, Bush 2 Beach Constructions, specialises in renovations and new homes, helping families reimagine the homes they already love. From small improvements to complete renovations, he enjoys bringing new life to existing spaces."
What Matters to Us
-
We believe in honest advice, clear conversations and helping people understand what is happening throughout their project.
-
Cole Building Group carries our family name. That gives every project personal meaning and makes us accountable for the experience we provide.
-
We value the tradespeople, suppliers and relationships within the Clarence Valley building community. Local people and local knowledge remain an important part of how we work.
-
A home should work for the people living in it. We listen carefully to how each family lives, what they need now and what will matter to them in the years ahead.
