“From our first interview with Greg Cole, he gave us the confidence that he understood our reason for wanting things done in a particular way and agreed that he was happy to plan the construction accordingly.
From the assistance with fine-tuning our plan, getting it drawn up, site preparation and all, the construction went smoothly and efficiently. All the tradesmen and suppliers were local Clarence Valley people and were happy to discuss and assist us with decisions along the way. To anyone thinking of building a home in the future, we would highly recommend CBG”.

We could not be happier with our experience so far. Our house is at lock up stage and the construction scheduling is faultless. The trades working at our site are all top people and the tidiest building site we have ever seen. The quality of each trade cannot be faulted. The CBG office and construction team are second to none... keep up the great work..impressive!”

“We look at our new home every day and can't believe how lucky we are to have built with such an amazing company, the best builders and trades in town. A very special thank you to Kara for never making us feel like we were taking up to much of her time. A huge thank you to Greg, Dan, and Alex, what amazing project manager and builders you are. All the Shane’s, I don’t know if we could have had any more involved in one project. Not forgetting Lynne, you have been there from the beginning. Thank you.”
